These terms apply to use of freedentalcpd.com. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and understand the limitations below.
Directory service
Free Dental CPD is a directory and planning resource. Courses are supplied and hosted by third parties. The site does not deliver the education, issue certificates, control provider accounts or process course payments.
No clinical, legal or regulatory advice
Content is general educational information and is not a substitute for professional judgement, legal advice or confirmation from a registration authority. Users are responsible for checking whether a course is appropriate, current, safe and accepted for their own CPD or CE requirements.
Third-party websites
Links are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party content, availability, data collection, claims or security. A link does not create a partnership or guarantee endorsement.
Availability and accuracy
Reasonable efforts are made to maintain accurate listings, but providers can change URLs, prices, hours, certificate terms and availability without notice. The site is provided on an "as available" basis, and uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed.
User-submitted information
When submitting a correction, course suggestion or other message, you confirm that you may provide the information and that it is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory, confidential or malicious. Submissions may be used to investigate and improve the directory.
Tracker sync. If you enable the CPD Tracker's optional sync feature, you ask us to store a copy of your tracker record on our server and to email you an access link. The emailed link contains the credential that grants access to that record: you are responsible for keeping it confidential, and we are not liable for access by anyone you share or forward it to. Sync links expire after 180 days. The tracker and its sync feature are convenience tools, not a system of record — you remain responsible for maintaining the CPD evidence your regulator requires, and we recommend keeping your own export or copies of certificates.
Intellectual property
The site's original writing, design, organisation and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Course titles, provider names, logos and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Limited personal use of the directory is permitted; systematic copying, republishing or automated extraction that disrupts the service is not.
Advertising
Commercial content is governed by the Advertising Disclosure. Advertisers and affiliate merchants are responsible for their own offers and claims.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Free Dental CPD is not liable for losses arising from reliance on a listing, failure to receive regulatory credit, a third-party course or website, loss of locally stored tracker data, or interruption of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
