Restorative is the biggest category in this directory by a distance, because it’s where the materials companies live. GC, VOCO, Ivoclar, Solventum (the old 3M dental business), Bisco, Tokuyama, Kuraray — every one of them funds a steady stream of webinars on composites, adhesion, cementation and ceramics. For a wet-fingered dentist this is arguably the most practically useful free CE there is: an hour on posterior composite technique or cementation protocols pays for itself the next clinical day.
Where I’d point you first: the adhesion and cementation lectures tend to be the strongest content, because the chemistry genuinely differs between systems and the presenters have to teach it properly for the product pitch to make sense. Composite layering and single-shade courses are excellent for technique refreshers. The obvious caveat applies — a VOCO composite course will star VOCO composites — but the underlying principles of isolation, adhesive protocol and light-curing travel with you whatever’s in your drawer.
